Maybe not only one. Humans have a nature of being greedy. Well, what I really want is a yacht! Checkout www.wally.com. My favourite choice of yacht!

Why do I want a yacht? I like driving a lot! Would love to have a Ferrari or Lamborghini in my garage too! But a yacht... it just goes beyond everything. Think of it this way... yeah you can drive an exotic car from point A to B with lots of thrill and added fun. I can too drive just about any car from point A to B minus the thrills and fun but the thing is... it still gets me to where you and me are headed to. A yacht - I can go to places you cannot go. Wouldn't it just be a dream when you get to hear "Hey... let's go out to the sea tonight." That would be really cool. Plus you can also travel to places by yourself. And just saying I want one doesn't bring me anywhere... so I better put it to work! Found some pricing on the internet and thought that it would somewhere nice to start knowing what I want!

$2 million - 60-ft yacht with two staterooms, a salon and a dining area
$20 million - 140-ft yacht with 3 decks above water, 5 staterooms and an aft deck
$50 million: 190-ft yacht with 4 decks above water, a sky lounge and an elevator
$75 million - 250-ft yacht with a gym, pool, helicopter pad and garage (helicopter may or may not be included; pilot extra)
$194 million - 450-ft yacht with a theater, spa, salon and a wood burning fireplace, in addition to everything listed above and a good deal more.

"The Ultimate Getaway."

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2006-08-14T06:33:36Z</dcterms:modified>

Top 10 of This & That!

I've been reading a lot on top 10s of everything! And you'll be surprised on how top these categories are in our life. Ridiculous!

- How does a body with 4 wheels appeal to you? I was checking out top 10 most expensive cars of 2005. They all cost well over $324'500. When can an average person actually afford to get his hands on one?

(to get tip : marry someone ugly with royal blood)

- Who likes rocks besides girls? Here are a few factors on how to determine how much a rock is worth.

1. Cut is the most important, but it doesn't refer to the shape of the diamond but its brilliance and proportions.

2. A stone with more clarity will have fewer flaws.

3. Ideal diamonds--except for colored diamonds--should be colorless.

4. The bigger a diamond, the more carats it contains.

And this brings us to a conclusion of Harry Winston 'Extraordinary Diamond Drop Earrings' pricing a whopping $8.5 million. It has got 60.1 carats!

(to get tip : rob a bank with a supermarket trolly)

- For those art lovers. Can you believe that Picasso's painting actually broke the $100 million threshold in 2004 at $104 million? And last year's most expensive artwork is 'Venice, the Grand Canal, Looking Northeast from Palazzo Balbi to the Rialto Bridge', it cost $32.6 million.

(to get tip : rob a bank with three supermarket trollies)

- How much does time matters to you? Most of us thought they still have got plenty of time. Think again! Look back at last christmas. Bet it felt like it was just yesterday. Everything just gone by in a blink of an eye. Keep an eye on your time and see if you can afford to tell time the expensive way. Tour de l'Ile from Vacheron Constantin pricing at $1.5 million! 834 separate parts and 16 complications.

(to get tip : sell an arm - you only need 1 watch anyway)

- Fancy fashion? Top most expensive off the rack men's suits starts at $2'800 the least and Brioni's price start at $6000. No matter where the price starts at. When is it our turn?

(to get tip : stop giving to your loved ones)

- If you were rich where would you choose to live and how do you want your mansion to be? William Henry Gates III has got his in Medina, Wash. The house is said to be worth $140 million.

(to get tip : drop dead and wish that your rebirth entitles you William Henry Gates V)

- Like flying? I've been flying a lot since mid of last year. Averaging at least twice in a month. So having to fly that much I went to check out top 10 best first class. Cathay Pacific came in first place followed by Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways and surprisingly Malaysian Airlines did come in 4th place. One of the pricing I got is from Cathay Pacific. A first class flight from New York to Hong Kong would set you $15'000 back.

(to get tip : climb that corporate ladder till you reach Fortune top 500)

Take note that here are just a few top 10s of the world. Like it or not, all these top 10s will continue to hike higher and higher year after year. Exactly when are we ever gonna get close to them?

"If you ain't upgrading, you're degrading."

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2006-03-11T16:44:18Z</dcterms:modified>

1998 Ferrari 456M GTA, period.

There it is, right in front of my eyes.
65 degrees V12

5,500cc

6 gears

442bhp @ 6,250rpm

550nm @ 4,500rpm

0-100KM/H in 5 seconds

300KM/H Top speed

one awesome driver

Getting into the Ferrari and just seating onto the seat is already exciting enough. The seat is fully automated and fits so snugly and feels so comfortable. With the belt strapped on after admiring the interior, I'm ready to go.

At least 30 people were surrounding this car before we start the engine. As the engine purrs to life, they all automatically make way for the prancing horse. The sound of this machine is just enigmatical. Without further ado, he released the clutch and off we sprang. After a few corners out of the congested city heart of Kuala Lumpur streets we finally reached the highway.

The way the V12 roars as it climbs up to 7,000rpm is already heart pounding enough. The awesome ka-ching sound made by the metal-gated transmission everytime you shift is just as breath-taking as the force made after the shift you're experiencing. Overtaking with this beast is just unexplainable. Anytime, anywhere without hesitation this monster would just stick your body to the seat even though it's 3rd gear. As we pull up at the traffic lights, you can see that all eyes are on you. You devil, you!

Green it turns, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I swear I left my heart back at the traffic lights! Within seconds 100KM/H it hits on the speedo and it goes onwards to 160KM/H before we had to slow down because of the cars upfront. Even on a hill climb, it zooms like the road is flat! Cornering with this baby is just so sweet. The advancement of the traction and power from the engine pulls you through the bend like a rollercoaster, only better. Getting it to 260KM/H isn't hard too. 5th gear alone can already pull you all the way up there and still the car is super stable. Whereas the Supra I previously sat in seems to be floating when it reaches 240KM/H.

All and all. The fun has to end. We pull up at his house for a change of ride. Scion xA. Punchy little car with awesome styling cues. We went off nearby for a drink before we call it a night.

This is seriously by far the best ride I've been in. And I'm blardy sure that there will be more rides in the Ferrari in the future.

"Ferrari, ride it to believe it."

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2005-08-04T23:31:37Z</dcterms:modified>

Perception on Louis Vuitton

My my... Louis Vuitton? Who is that? For those of you who do not know what actually Louis Vuitton is about please visit www.louisvuitton.com

For those of you who is familiar with it. Read on!

When I was younger I have to admit I wasn't much of a trendy person. But despite that I'm quite observative in fashion sense. I knew the top of the line pricey items and accessories. Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Emporio Armani, Calvin Klein, LV... yes LV! (Louis Vuitton)

Gosh I was telling myself. What boring designs does this LV has got to offer besides showing off his initials and a few circles and stars all over and over the same piece of leather? Same color 365 days a year with so few variations. Yes, in a way I have to admit that maybe I wasn't able to afford these items that makes me despise them. But you cannot conclude it that way because I seriously like Gucci or Georgia Armani stuffs. So to me, LV is just undramatic, unentertaining, unexciting, uninspiring, unnewsworthy, unrewarding, unsatisfying, unsensational, unspectacular. BAM! I was wrong. LV is like Porsche. Look at the 911 models dated way back in the 80's till present day. The same old shit with different smell? Not quite. It's the power of originality, unique, character! Their design has won hearts over and over again through generations that have pass and generations to come.

Today, I'm telling a different story about LV. It has win my heart. The power of the initials used again and again yet I find it so profoundly special. Is it because of the consistency of the pricing of this product? Is it because of the quality given by them? Is it because of the advertisements by Jennifer Lopez? I seriously have no idea which part of it has hit me.

I went to LV shop down in KL the other day. No, I didn't buy anything for myself yet. It amazes me how each item actually shine in their own color despite the weirdness it carries. Shoes, ties, pens, wallets, handbags, purses, luggages, watches, straps... the dull LV initials has show it's serious curves that indeed they are beautiful!

ps : LV has paid me 0 cent upon this great article

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2005-07-23T04:28:09Z</dcterms:modified>

First kiss.. mmm...

When was your first kiss? MSN Today posted something about First Kisses : The New Rules. And it's an awesome write up plus education for those who has not been kissed yet!
Hmm... when was my first kiss? I can't seem to remember the exact age.. maybe 10? 11? I have to admit that the timing was right! The age doesn't seem so here. Anyway, it was at her house. It didn't happen awkardly, thank God. The parents were hanging out with my parents. So we both hung out where everybody else wasn't... Duh! There were no signals or signs. I guess we're both too young and innocent to play around with each other's feelings to put each other into the mood. We're just so curious we decided to start tasting each other and feel how a kiss actually felt like in the movies! And yes we frenched. I can't really say that was the best kiss since it's only my first time. But I can't say it's the worst too!
We don't see each other now. In fact I don't even know where has she gone to. It would be great if we could meet up again! We can discuss and laugh at ourselves again!
So boys and girls! Do post your own first kiss experience!

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2005-06-13T19:15:50Z</dcterms:modified>

The beginning is the end is the beginning

Woo Hoo... couldn't imagine I'm actually starting up a blog. And it's right on my birthdate! April 7th :P
Guess this could be a new start or maybe not.
It's fairly late now and I oughta be in bed actually. But a friend of mine needed to talk so I stayed up while arranging this msn Spaces. My friend was being silly and having negative thoughts in relationships and it's funny sometimes to see how people know the cause or faults but just couldn't fix themselves. Oh well, nobody's perfect anyway.
"Be content, enjoy every moment. Don't frown over nothing."

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2005-06-13T06:34:04Z</dcterms:modified>
